Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients, target new clients, well versed and updated with
market conditions & competitors for pricing and target achievements.
• Have thorough Knowledge on the FM business models.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, specifications
and availability.
• Have thorough knowledge of codes and standards.
• Understand the client requirement and give complete brief about company and FM services
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead energy
efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with other team members.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
3-5 years’ experience on sales of FM industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Must hold the valid driving license.
• Relevant years of Experience in Sales, marketing and Service related.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Salary and insensitive will be discussed in interview.
