Job Title: Sales Executive – Frozen Foods

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time (Local Candidates Preferred / Immediate Joiners)

​Job Summary

​We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a deep understanding of the frozen food industry, including frozen meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and processed frozen items. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with commercial clients (HORECA, retail, and wholesale markets), and expanding our market presence across the region.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Sales & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, and wholesale distributors in Dammam and surrounding areas.

​Product Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of frozen food products, temperature/storage standards, shelf-life requirements, and market trends to effectively consult customers.

​Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while systematically pitching to potential buyers.

​Market Expansion: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets through proactive field visits and cold calls.

​Order & Inventory Tracking: Coordinate order processing, ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive items, and assist with stock forecasting.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, product availability, and market demands to advise management on strategy adjustments.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications
​Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Sales Executive in the Frozen Foods or FMCG sector (experience with frozen meat, poultry, or frozen items is strongly preferred).

​Location & Availability: Must be currently based in or ready to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with immediate availability.
​Licensing: Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

​Languages: Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).

​Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills, with a good grasp of cold-chain logisitics.
