We are Hiring a Procurement / Sourcing / Buying Specialist for Oil & Gas Company..

Mandatory Experienced Needed

Mandatory experience/skills/tools: Wellhead know how with local supplier knowledge,
• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology with 4-5 years of experience in a Sourcing position.
• Local supplier knowledge, especially with wellhead suppliers & Machining vendors.
• Good understanding of mechanical parts manufacturing processes and critical paths.
• MS – Office, ERP knowledge. Speaks & Write English / Oil and Gas field experience is a MUST
• Hands on experience on Oracle/SAP ERP tools & MS Office (Excel/PPT)
• Assess supplier capabilities and get detailed manufacturing schedule/ GANTT Charts.
• Implement sourcing strategies to ensure supplier executes the job as per the need of the project.
• Keep a weekly track on the manufacturing schedule of our orders and ensure latest updates in the Oracle ERP system by supplier or by yourself on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality function to flawlessly drive projects or resolve any supplier issues as per the project & customer requirement.


Essential Responsibilities:-
• Expedite the filling of orders by suppliers to meet delivery time with no impact.
• Order management and coordination between internal and external parties
• Manages purchase order execution and product delivery
• Supplier relationship management
• Follow up on supplier on time delivery and production
Qualifications Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business administration or management.
• 3+ years procurement, sourcing or project management
Desired Characteristics:-
• Broad knowledge of purchasing practices, principles and procedures.
• Preferred to have Knowledge of Oracle & knowledge of MS Office applications, including high level knowledge of Excel.
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Other Requirements:-
• National or Expat: Preferred Expat
• Working Hours Per Day: 9 Hours including one hour lunch break as per Saudi Labor office
• Working Days Per Week: 5 days / week
• Contract Duration : 1 year to be renewed
• Preferred Language: English
• Does the candidate need to be currently in the role country: Local candidate Preferred
• Target Industry: Oil & Gas
• Candidate should be available to join before: ASAP
