Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager at Al-Menu Co. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations in Saudi Arabia. The day-to-day tasks include managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in the food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Fluent in Arabic and English
Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to the food and beverage industry
