Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Al Ahsaa
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop/restaurant. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, including coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, and other appliances.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance needs.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensure their availability when needed.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the coffee shop or restaurant industry.
Strong technical skills in equipment repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances commonly used in coffee shops/restaurants.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
