Data and Sales Analyst
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, or automation.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with the organization's goals. Define scope and priorities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and assess the impact of business changes.
• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts by providing documentation, training materials, and support for users transitioning to new systems or processes.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and project specifications.
• The basic role is to operate the DCR System and routine reporting by using Excel and produce Intelligence to boost sales
• Coordination with distributor teams to complete the Purchase and Sell Through uploading into the system
• This person will be responsible for making reports as per the requirements, Performing all on-demand tasks, Highlighting weak areas of sales, Suggesting improvement methods, Analyzing the reports, and sharing the sales trends
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline. A Master's degree or professional certification in business analysis is often a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication between stakeholders with varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Familiarity with data analysis, data modeling, and the ability to work with databases.
• Proven ability to use Ms. Office, Powe BI, and mainly Excel which requires different dashboards and Complex reports.
