we are Al Robaya Limited Company seek a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Project Manager with prior experience in Aramco projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing pipeline projects and a deep understanding of Aramco s processes, standards, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, safety, and environmental teams.
4. Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
5. Aramco Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with Aramco s standards, requirements, and best practices.
6. Reporting & Documentation: Regularly update project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.
7. Team Leadership: Direct and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
8. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards and project deliverables are achieved.
9. Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee contract bidding, negotiations and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline project management.
3. Prior experience with Aramco projects is mandatory.
4. Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
5. Comprehensive understanding of pipeline design, construction, and commissioning processes.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency with project management software tools.
