As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow.
Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers, to deliver exceptional customer service.
Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members, ensuring optimal staffing levels for each shift.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Interact with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and maintain high food quality standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and procedures.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, coordinating with the management team for timely replenishment.
Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new staff members.
Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and special offers to effectively inform and upsell to guests.
