About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an QA Operation Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our delivery operations, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer / merchant expectations.

Responsibilities:

Merchant Management:
Managing Merchant Account
Monitoring shipment journey
Monitoring abnormalities
Reverse Logistics

Plan and schedule deliveries:
Develop and maintain efficient delivery routes.
Assign deliveries to drivers based on workload and skillset.
Monitor delivery progress and make adjustments as needed.

Supervise delivery drivers:
Provide training and support to drivers.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Address driver performance issues.
Ensure drivers follow safety guidelines.
Delivery Drivers Team with Supervisor

Maintain accurate records:
Track all deliveries and shipments.
Prepare reports and documentation.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments:
Work with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading of deliveries.
Communicate with customer service representatives to resolve customer inquiries.

Resolve customer issues:
Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
Work to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in logistics and delivery operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Qualifications:
A valid driver's license.
Experience with transportation management software.
Bilingual skills (English and Arabic).
