We (www.smartco.net.in) are looking for A project manager (maintenance) for one of our reputed client in Riyadh, KSA in the food & beverage industry on a sponsorship transfer basis with the following:

Responsibilities:
• Must have Experience in Food & Beverage
• Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work.
• supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices.
• Performing minor on-site repairs.
• Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required.
• Discuss maintenance concerns with the employer and communicate these to Maintenance Workers.
• Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs.
• Developing maintenance budgets, and hiring maintenance staff.
• Controlling and monitoring inventory.
• Negotiating vendor contracts and coordinating work performed by outside vendors.
• Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out.
• Manage project team including project coordinator, assistant project manager, site Superintendent, and subcontractors.
• Maximize team effectiveness to ensure targets and objectives are met.
• Manage budget and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Create, manage, execute, and expedite construction schedule.
• Manage quality of subcontractors to ensure that schedule, scope, response, and cost are consistent with company expectations.
• Monitor performance standards guaranteeing job site safety.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Communicate the progress of construction activities with clients frequently.
• Promote a business environment that fosters a high level of integrity and values.
• Auto cad design and modification.
• Build standards manual for design concept equipment and other related.
• technical specification.
• Find out Baladiya standards and all things else.
• Any other duties assigned to him in the field of his professional competence.
