Job Purpose

Develop, implement, direct and evaluate Quality Program and well versed with Quality Management System Requirement. Good knowledge on relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes, processes and best practices and customer product requirement. Develop and contact training for Quality Department. Lead and Manage Quality System Audit, Ensuring the promotion of awareness of Quality Management System requirements throughout PT.

Key Responsibilities

Objectives:
• Develop, implement, direct and evaluate Quality Program
• Well versed with Quality Management System Requirement.
• Good knowledge on relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes
• Good knowledge on processes and best practices.
• Good knowledge on customer product requirement.
• Develop and contact training for Quality Department
• Lead and Manage Quality System Audit.
Measurements:
• Maintaining valid Company Certification at all the time through implementation effective Quality Management System, Reduce nonconformities and improve Quality KPI’S.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain the quality system.
• Coordinate with customer and suppliers on quality matters.
• Preparation of inspection and test plans.
• Manage the QA Engineers, QC Engineers & Supervisors.
• Evaluate and analysis the NCR trend.
• Coordinate the External and Internal audits.
• Preparation and maintenance of audit reports.
• Preparation of Corrective and preventive action reports.
• Maintains the Customer satisfaction.
• Prepare audit reports (internal & external).
• Preparation and maintenance of Supplier Evaluation & audit
• Supervise Quality Control Inspectors.
• Perform internal system and process audit.
• Provide training to the new employees.
• Contact quality related meetings
• Any other duties that is assigned by superior as and when it is required.


Education and Qualifications / Person Attributes

Education and/or Experience:
Master or bachelor’s degree from reputable university with over than 10 years’ experience in leading Quality team, Experience to manage the internal and external audit, and having a good knowledge on codes and engineering standards relevant to Tamimi PEB

Language Skills: English
Ability to read and interpret documents such procedure manuals and International standard for company certifications. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical:
Ability to calculate figures statistical reports

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to deal with problems related with quality management systems.

Computer Skills:
Ability to operate Microsoft Office Programs

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Lead Auditor Certification
Physical Demands:
Physically fit for job
Work Environment:
In certain areas of the facility personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, and ear plugs.

Others:
Knowledge regarding OHS risk by referred to SHE competency matrix.


QHSE Responsibilities (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment)

Ensure the implementation of the Company QHSE Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to Company personnel and resources.
Adhere to the risk assessment controls identified.
Use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.
Attend any suitable training to ensure that they are competent to perform their duties safely.
Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide QHSE requirements.
Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to QHSE line managers.
Support QHSE policy to help deliver cultural development, customer satisfaction and sustained continual improvement in QHSE performance.
