Dears,

We are hiring in a construction company in Riyadh, Planning Head .

Qualifications:
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a
related field.

2. Certifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE) License or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, depending
on the country of operation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification.
• Additional qualifications in Planning or Scheduling, such as PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling
Professional) can be an advantage.

3. Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in project management and scheduling software tools such as
Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, etc.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and related integration
with planning/scheduling.

4. Key Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in risk management and mitigation.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Financial and budget management skills.
• Familiarity with contractual agreements, especially in the construction sector.

5. Personal Attributes:
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions in the best interest of
the project.
• Adaptive to change and proactive in foreseeing project needs.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Years of Experience:
1. General Construction Experience: At least 8-12 years of experience in the construction
industry, with a demonstrable record of planning and delivering large-scale projects.
2. Leadership Experience: A minimum of 4-7 years in a leadership role managing planning or
project management teams.
3. Specific Project Experience: Direct experience in overseeing the planning for projects of 500
million SAR more. Ideally, candidates should have managed or been involved in at least 2-3
projects of similar scale to the ones your organization handles
