Position 1: Fleet Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles, including Transit Mixture trucks and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor fleet performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fleet Manager in the Concreate Ready Mix Industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of fleet management maintenance systems, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.

Position 2: Fleet Foreman

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of fleet maintenance and repair teams.
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime for vehicles and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, coordinating repairs with internal or external mechanics as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, costs, and inventory.
Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Fleet Foreman or similar role in the Concreate Ready Mix Industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
