We need construction manager for our civil project located in jeddah

Assists with planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of safety and environmental
measures and initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements and
expectations.
Responsibilities: -
• Ensure that all statutory permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.
• Raise non-conformance report (NCR) & log book entry (LBE) to identify quality deficiencies and prepare the ITP
(Inspection Test Plan) as per project specifications.
• Issuing the RFI, MRI, Submittals & other quality related dossiers.
• Carrying out the laboratory tests such as sieve analysis, compressive strength test, rebound hammer test • Review the
corrective actions proposed by the contractor, respond / follow ups and close out procedure
• Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
• Implement the site supervision quality procedures, and review submission requirements of the project
• Inspect the work done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is executed in accordance with the Contract
Documents and accepted practice.
• Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and laboratory tests, conducted by
others, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with the specifications and determine it acceptability for
use on the project.
• Identify potential safety concerns and inform the contractor
• Monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
• Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
• Inspection of the trench and ensure the readiness of the trench prior to backfilling.
• Proper verification of the required trenching near curbs, paving and crossing.
• Ensure proper excavation and preparation of the trench for steep gradient trenching.
• Preparing progress reports, dashboard, KPI on weekly & monthly basis.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks based on the construction schedule.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Monitor and report to project manager for project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely
manner.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team
members.

• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance by investigating reasons for less than satisfactory
performance and provide recommendations and introduce measures for improvement by modification to operating
procedures/work instructions.
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture.
