We are Hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for Our Prestigious Client.
Job Location: Al Khobar


The senior sales engineer is responsible to increase sales in KSA market with current customers and develop new ones. He should also have an active role and a good knowledge of sales skills in order to investigate potential local ps and increase the company market share. He should follow the ongoing and future projects and present the company capacities to the end users and EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Achieve sales targets for Automation products in identified regions and segments.
• Recognize sales opportunities and develop new accounts with key customers.
• Providing customers with technical product support and evaluating their project needs and specifications.
• Review and finalization of quotations against customer specifications.
• Ensure all bids shall be submitted on time and follow up the result of the submitted bids.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• The position requires extensive customer visits around KSA.
• Support sales department with strategic planning including forecasting, tender submission, negotiating and financial planning.


Qualification and Experience

• Engineer ( Instrumentation & Control , Electrical , Mechanical or chemical)
• 8 – 10 Years’ experience in sales of Automation products.

Competencies
Essential

• The potential candidate has to be self motivated.
• Whilst he should have a technical background he should be very much sales oriented.
Skills
Essential:

• Excellent Interpersonal skill required.
• Very Good in communication in Arabic and English
• Have good connection with our Customers in KSA
• Process knowledge will be an added advantage
• Customer focus.
