Greetings!

An Architectural / Engineering Consultant Office located in Dammam is looking for a Project Manager, and electrical & mechanical engineers for one of our industrial projects.

Scope of Work:

• Manage the installation of the machine & all related MEP activities
• Review of machine design
• Review and supervise all installation activities
• Supervise installation of piping, electrical systems, and process
• Track the project progress in alignment with the project schedule
• Define all the necessary tests and inspections for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works
• Review material specifications & perform inspections
• Supervise machine loading & unloading
• Review and approve change orders
• Review and approve all progress payments
• Conduct an official handover with the proliferation of snag lists
