Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and market-savvy Customer Manager to join our B2C Marketing Department at Saudi Express Company. The Customer Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing marketing strategies to drive customer growth, maintain existing clients, and enhance the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies within the B2C Marketing Department to enhance brand visibility and boost product/service sales.
Responsible for cultivating and sustaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and seeking new business opportunities.
Identify and implement plans to attract and retain customers, including customer events and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and competitors, providing market research and feedback.
Assist in formulating marketing budgets, monitoring and reporting the department's performance and KPIs.
Coordinate collaborations with the sales team and other departments to achieve common marketing objectives.
Follow up on customer needs, provide solutions, and address complaints or issues to ensure customer care.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and internal standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Three or more years of B2C marketing or customer management experience, with a preference for team management experience.
Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing effective client relationships.
Proficiency in market research tools and digital marketing channels.
Good organizational and leadership skills, able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Prior knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is advantageous.
Fluent in both Arabic and English for effective communication.
