Urgent Requirement for an Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) for a Facility Management Company

Date: 26 September 2023
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

Responsibilities:
-Preparing technical, and maintenance regular reports, in addition to Daily action logs.
-Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of technicians and staff to keep smooth operation.
-Coordinating with various departments for the proper planning and execution of maintenance and service work.
-Responding to on-call service requests, issuing work orders, diagnosing technical issues, and providing solutions.
-Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status, and progress.
-Monitoring preventive maintenance processes, programs, and facility inspection processes.
-Overseeing the work of third-party contractors to ensure terms of agreements are met and work is completed with satisfying results.
-Continuing audit for Inventory to make sure spares/consumables stock are available.
