Designing & Engineering Manager




We are looking Designing & Engineering Manager for construction filed

As a Design Engineering Manager, you will oversee engineering projects and manage a team composed of several design engineers to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. You will ensure that you are working within the given budget and timeline as you also set guidelines, goals

Participate in consumer research such as focus groups
Consider financial requirements and factor these into designs
Utilize PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system to catalog and maintain all project data so it is accessible to the team
Develop patent-able features and product concepts that drive competitive advantage
Solve the toughest and most complex of problems
Adopt and contribute to best practices within the department
Work closely with Industrial Design to develop product specifications and improve prototype designs
Follow the VBL (Visual Brand Language) and Design Brief as created by Industrial Design
Support new product development projects from concept to completion
Schedules and leads the sprint planning and release planning exercises

Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work

PMP

P6

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering,

English & Arabic must be spoken & written

Salary negotiable during the interview

Minimum 10 years experience in KSA

Long Term ( Required only local candidates / Available in KSA )
