System Engineer (Software)


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused System Engineer (Software) to join our
technical support team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing
technical assistance to customers, diagnosing, and resolving software-related issues, and
ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various
channels, including email, phone, and remote access tools.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues reported by
customers, ensuring their effective resolution.

Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers,
guiding them through troubleshooting steps and offering solutions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and
QA engineers, to resolve complex technical issues.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the features, functionality, and updates of our
software systems to provide accurate support.

Training and Guidance: Assist customers in understanding software features and
functionalities through training sessions and clear explanations.

Documentation: Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base
articles to empower customers to find solutions independently.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction by providing excellent
and responsive support services.

Development: Develop custom integration tools, REST API's etc...

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with software systems, application troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
Technical knowledge of databases (MSSQL, Oracle), knowledge in C#, and operating systems
is a plus.
