Looking for 2 Waitress for coffee shop in RIyadh .

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
• Cleaning service and seating areas
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Prepare all kinds of beverages as per SOP
• Build rapport with guests seated at the bar; and provide a personalized service to meet guest expectations; open and maintain tabs throughout the shift
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Perform the opening and closing checklist.
• Perform side duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Monitor guest’s needs and handle requests promptly
• Handle guest complaints according to standard procedures. Record all feedback and complaints to upgrade skills and prevent the same or similar complaints in the future.
• Provide feedback to the Supervisor on equipment and / or process issues and concerns
• Maintain Neatness, Cleanliness
• Attend team meeting
• Comply with company policies, rules and regulations, standard operating procedures.

Preferred Nationality : Moroccan OR Filipino.
