WE ARE HIRING: CIVIL SUPERVISOR (DAMMAM PROJECT)

Location: Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary 2200 To 2500 SAR

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site civil works, including concrete structures, earthworks, steel rebar inspection, and finishing works.

Manage daily manpower, assign tasks to sub-contractors, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Enforce strict compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and company HSE safety policies.

Coordinate with QC/QA inspectors and consultant engineers for site approvals and inspection requests.

Track daily progress, monitor material consumption, and report directly to the Project Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in Saudi Arabia / GCC infrastructure or commercial projects.

Skills: Strong blueprint reading, site management, workforce leadership, and concrete/structural execution knowledge.

License/Certification: Valid Saudi Driving License required; Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred.
