Responsibilities:

Requirements:

???? Extensive knowledge of fine dining operations, including table service and etiquette.
???? Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
???? Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations gracefully and professionally.
???? Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
???? Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
