Apartment supervisors will share their time between hands-on work and leading others within their own sub-team.

Apartment supervisors will focus on progress and quality for interior work.

Responsibilities

Fill out quality documentation and progress in production system.
Participate in meetings regarding time planning and progress.
Ensure that materials and equipment are available at the start of work.
Communicate problems and give improvement suggestions for work within own area of responsibility
Keep track of the work environment and report if deficiencies occur


Qualifications


Technical training in your field
Management/Leadership experience
Construction industry experience (should be 1 - 3 years)
Knowledge of environmental and work environment requirements



• Should have valid transferrable IQAMA.
