Work tasks


Plumbing supervisors will share their time between hands-on work and leading others within their own sub-team.
Plumbing supervisors will focus on progress and quality for plumbing work.
Ensure that work carried out complies with local regulations



Responsibilities


? Teach installation skills to other employees within the company
? Develop and maintain routines and aids for installation coordination in the projects
? Participate as an expert in the procurement of installation consultants
? Be an expert in drawing up demarcation lists for installation contracts
? Coordinated functional tests and CE markings
? Provide feedback on installation issues
? Plan staffing needs
? Review drawings and come up with suggestions for improvements and simplifications
? Perform commissioning at the workplace
? Continuously look for ways we can move more of the installation work to the module factory instead of doing it on site
? Ensure that all drawings and descriptions are up-to-date and be helpful in drawing up relational documents and DU folders for final inspection and handover
? Report deviations, incidents, and opportunities for improvement
? Participate in meetings regarding time planning and progress.
? Keep track of the work environment and report if deficiencies occur

Qualifications

? Technical training in your field
? Management/Leadership experience
? Calculating/Project economics education/training
? Industry experience (should be 3 - 5 years)
? Knowledge of environmental and work environment requirements

• Should have valid transferrable IQAMA.
