OVERVIEW
Job Title: LP Consultant Job Level: Supervisor
Reports To: Manager Production Planning Grade: 12
Supervises: Location: Jeddah
Department: Production Planning Division: Economics

JOB PURPOSE Maximize company margin by using LP model and align organizations to agree on company strategies depending on supply demand situation and market change.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES % Time QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Work on company strategies and develop 3 years Business Plan targets.
2. Utilize the linear preprograming tool (PIMS) to optimize production slate to generate maximum net margin.
3. Utilize the Planning scheduler tool to issue the monthly productions target to meet the sales requirements
4. Collect data and identify existing planning processes, and develop future planning processes in line with LUBEREF strategies and industry best practices.
5. Prepare monthly Department operating Expense and submit to Dept. Manager and assist in preparing Annual Budget and Business Plan.
6. Maintain the validity of all feedstock supply and by-product sales agreements and renew it when necessary.
7. Maintain all data subscriptions received from Platt’s & Argus valid and renewed on yearly basis
8. Coordinate the monthly Planning meeting before the end of each month to review the performance of the existing and agree on the production figures for the next month.
9. Coordinate the monthly Supply & Demand meeting to review the inventory per each grade and agree with Marketing on sales figures.
10. Align organizations by conducting quarterly Production Planning Strategy guideline
11. Perform any other job-related duties as requested by immediate manager 10%

5% Education:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience:
 8+ years of Refining experience, with at least Five (5) years in refinery economics
 Good knowledge of the refinery operations
 Good background in Linear Programming and Microsoft office
