Discipline Title : Fabrication Manager
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking to hire a Fabrication Supervisor for our company in Jubail, KSA.

• Experience of handling the site independently
• Well experienced in stainless steel roof fabrication


The ideal candidate must able to perform:
Tanks / Vessel – Should be able to perform the below minimum tasks independently

• Mark plate layouts ad perform plate cutting
• Fit up of LS and CS joints
• Nozzle marking and opening as per drawings
• Fit up of external cleats and supports.
• Be able to identify fit up issues rapidly and address them quickly
• Able to make fit up reports as per the actual dimension after fit up
• Able to make layouts for Miter joints pipe and other parts
• Should know the calculation and formulas required for fabrication of vessels

Piping – Should be able to perform the below minimum tasks independently

• Make cutting list for the pipe from isometrics
• Measure and cut pipe and beveling as per requirement
• Fit up of pipe spools / headers able to understand pipe rolling as per isometrics and do the fit up
• Be able to identify fit up issues rapidly and address them quickly
• Able to make fit up reports as per the actual dimension after fit up
• Assembly of pipe spools as per assembly drawings
• Assembly of Instruments and valves as per P&ID
• Should know the calculation and formulas required for fabrication of piping.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Education – Degree in Mechanical
• Experience – Min 8 years
• Gulf experience – 5 years
• Skills – Should be able to read Piping isometrics/P&ID /ITP / Vessel fabrication drawings / Structural drawings and assembly drawings.
• Have experience of Team at least 100 people

Skills
• Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager
• Hands-on experience with construction equipment and machinery
• Availability to travel regularly to different sites
• An eye for detail
• Team spirit
