• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the procurement team in sourcing and procuring a wide range of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and recommend innovative procurement solutions.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain procurement software and tools to streamline processes, enhance transparency, and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations.
• Manage supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging trends that may impact procurement practices.
• Prepare and present regular procurement reports and updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and sustainable procurement practices, promoting responsible sourcing.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high standards within the procurement team.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar senior procurement role.
