Landscape Project Engineers- Construction Qty 2

Location: KSA

Essential Job Duties:

* Prepare a review for IFC drawing.
* Prepare RFI’s for any technical clarifications.
* Coordinate with architecture& draftsmen for shop drawing preparation. Review shop drawings prior to
submitting them to a consultant.
* Make quantity take off for all material required.
* Review material submittal prior to submitting to the consultant.
* Coordinate with the project stakeholders.
* Participate where required in all aspects of the project management for the Landscape works.
* Manage and supervises the on all site Landscape works.
* Undertake the detailed short term planning and coordination at a site in
accordance with the master program.
* Ensure that all information is available to undertake the work.
* Ensure all materials are correctly stored at the site and installed without damage.
* Arrange the required tools and equipment to be available at the site.
* Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in
accordance with the project quality assurance plan.
* Ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with
the project safety plan.
* Allocate the workforce to areas of the site based on the program, the
nature of the work & the skills required.
* Coordinate with the other contractors/sub-contractors at the site.
* Set targets and monitors the productivity of the workforce at the site.
* Arrange skills development and training for the foremen and site
workforce.
* Monitors the production and quality of works at the site.
* Implement the inspection, test plan & obtain the supervising
engineers approval at each stage of the work.
* Maintains records of the changes to the working drawings to enable the
record drawings to be produced.
* Manages the testing & commissioning.
* Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
* Report All QHSE incidents immediately and take necessary precautions.

Qualifications, Experience, Job Knowledge, & Skill Set Requirements:

* A minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
* Experience in KSA & other GCC is preferred.
* Experience in large Landscape projects.
* Knowledge & Experience in Soft & Hardscaping, Irrigation...etc.
* Soft Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD.
* Strong Arabic & English Communication skills.
