Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, coordination, and organization of daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to established standards and protocols for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching logistics products.
• Monitor and oversee inventory levels while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
• Enforce rigorous safety and hygiene regulations within the warehouse premises.
• Foster effective collaboration with customers, suppliers, and various departments to swiftly address and resolve issues.
• Evaluate, enhance, and provide mentorship to warehouse staff, offering valuable feedback and coaching.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated track record as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar capacity within the logistics sector.
• Proficiency in utilizing warehouse management systems and associated software.
• Competence in operating essential warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and adept problem-solving skills.
