Requirements:

1- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the interiors fit out industry in KSA.
2- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market trends, potential clients, and areas for business expansion.
3-Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including market research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
4-Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and key decision-makers within the industry. Understand client needs, provide solutions, and build trust to secure business opportunities.
5- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Use this information to develop strategies that give the company a competitive edge.
6-Having experience in the full scope of Interior Fit out works
7-Experienced in designing Commercial offices, Restaurants, Caf? (F&B) & Retail Shops.
8-Must join immediately.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
