1.The candidate must have Aramco Approved and CBT passed.
2. He shall have direct experience in inspection of asphalt/concrete mix ingredients in accordance with the applicable ASTM, AASHTO or ACI procedures and guidelines
3.He shall be able to assess the plant QC laboratory to determine that their equipment, procedures/techniques, sample recording and result reporting compliance with the applicable standards.
4 He shall be able to evaluate batch plants capability and safety that meet company requirements
5.He shall review and performs full-scale plant trials to determine the required engineering?properties
