Job Title: Sales Support Specialist - Logistics Industry

Summary:

The Sales Support Specialist - Logistics is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the client's. This includes tasks such as processing orders, tracking orders, managing client complain, queries and providing customer service. The Sales Support Specialist also plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Process orders
Track orders
Manage client account performance
Provide customer service
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in logistics
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
