About Company
East West for Real Estate Development is a special purpose vehicle set up by leading Saudi real estate group Asyad along with Lamar Holding and the Wisayah Investment Company. The scope of work includes development of residential buildings, life support and recreational facilities and full utility services over a 770,000-sq-m area. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2024.This approach confirms Aramco’s interest in working with key public and private partnership developers, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Project Preview
The Project involves the construction of six (6) New Residential Compounds for Saudi Aramco to accommodate approximately 1,748 Employees and Contractors working on Pump Stations 1, 3, 5,
6, and 10 and Pressure Reduction Station 1 in the East West Pipelines Corridor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description:

1. Managing the planning and design stages of civil engineering projects.
2. Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.
3. Overseeing all projects stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.
4. Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades.
5. Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.
6. Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.
7. Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
8. Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.
9. Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.

Skills / Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
2. 12+ years of experience in residential/infrastructural projects
3. Experience Middle East / Saudi Arabia.
4. Effectively communicate with other engineers and project managers
5. strong problem-solving skills.
