Description

AlMeer Saudi is currently looking for a MATERIAL CONTROLLER with experience in the oil and gas energy industry and Saudi Aramco projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Implementing the stores procedure to follow the Stores related Document in Site.
 Attend Daily site meeting with Client and site team lead to discuss the progress of current issues on materials such as availability & Non availability & reserved Materials.
 Issuance & Receiving of Project & Construction Materials for sites.
 Reconcile the physical stock materials against the site inventory report.
 Carried out Materials reservation for Preventive Maintenance as per Plan.
 Create of PR / MR of required materials & stock replacement items as per Min / Max level or an Average consumption Basis.
 Receive & Inspection of Incoming Materials & Verify the required documents such as Delivery Notes, Material Test Certificates, Calibration Certificates etc... & Create Goods received note (GRN) for the same with requested Materials as per MTO/MR/PO.
 Assigned Job to subordinates on daily basis of Stores Job, Such as Material Receiving, Material Issuance, Segregation, Material Reservation, material preservation & stacking, Housekeeping, Bagging Tagging etc...
 Annual Stock Check of Inventories and reconcile the same for any differences occurs in stock checked against the stock reports with physical stock.

Requirements:
• Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Electrical or Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 05-10 Years of experience (Minimum 5 years’ experience in EPC/LSTK/Construction projects).
• Salary: As per current market standard and experience.
• Mobilization: Immediate (preferred candidates available in KSA).
• Preferably worked for Aramco & SABIC projects.
