YDM For General Contracting Company is seeking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Operation and Coordinator for the construction of SEC Substation projects to join our team. In this role, the employee will organize and manage projects, including coordinating between different teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful execution.

Responsibilities:
Organize and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution within the given timeline and budget.
Coordinate between different teams to ensure timely delivery of work and smooth collaboration.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
At least 7 years of experience in the construction of SEC Substation projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
