Transport & Freight Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Transport Operations: Coordinate and monitor company-owned and third-party transportation, including trucks, drivers, gate passes, and required documentation according to customer requirements.
Freight Forwarding: Follow up on sea, air, and land freight operations, manage operational emails, and coordinate with customers, agents, shipping lines, and transport providers.
Quotations & Operations Follow-up: Obtain and compare supplier rates, prepare and send customer quotations, monitor costs and profitability, maintain operational documents, and prepare reports.
Job Objective:
Ensure smooth and efficient transport and freight operations from receiving the customer’s request through final delivery and job closure, while maintaining fast execution, service quality, cost control, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
