Admin assistance & Invoice follow

Required employees Proficient in Excel and follow-up customer invoices , fluent in English & to know Basic of Accounting:

Basic:
- Basic of Accounting
- Proficient in using Excel.
-Invoice Creator for English invoices & Invoice follow
-Excellent writing ability in English.
-The ability to work under pressure.
Other:
-following outstanding invoices with clients.
- Manually follow up on invoices using Microsoft Excel program (some invoice in Excel and some in program)

- Preferably Filipino.
-The ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with some accounting software
- Proficient in using a computer.
-Basic of Accounting
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel program.
-Read and follow up on emails.
-Follow up on appointments and meetings
-Proficient in using Microsoft Team & Zoom.
-Type, Reminder TO do list & Agenda.
-Proficiency in the English language written and spoken
-Create and review customer invoices
-Proficiency in the English language written and spoken
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Use of Microsoft Office programs.
-Proficiency with the Microsoft word program.
- The ability to work under pressure.
-Ability to work with a team.
- Preferably Filipino
