Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HSE Manager with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in managing health, safety, and environmental practices on construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement best practices, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure safe project execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering or similar).
• At least 8 years of experience in engineering construction.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Site Safety Representative.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Middle East.
• Previous experience in managing administrative and residential building projects.
• Proficiency in computer applications, basic engineering drawing software, and quantity estimation tools.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• NEBOSH and OSHA certifications (at least 162 hours).
