Description

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and skilled QA/QC Engineer with expertise in oil and gas industry-specific quality assurance and control activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality throughout various projects, including quality inspection, quality management, quality implementation, and ISO standard compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Implement and maintain effective quality management systems to enhance overall project performance.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulations, actively managing compliance and promoting continuous improvement.
Possess relevant qualifications as a Welding Inspector (AWS or CSWIP) and Piping API Inspector to effectively assess and monitor welding and piping activities.
Demonstrate proficiency and experience in working with ASME codes and standards related to oil and gas projects.
Perform ISO audits and effectively manage compliance to ensure conformity and adherence to quality guidelines.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement corrective measures to resolve quality-related issues.
Manage and maintain the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system to ensure proper documentation, investigation, and resolution of quality deviations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Relevant certifications as a Welding Inspector (AWS or CSWIP) and Piping API Inspector.
In-depth knowledge and experience in quality assurance and control activities within the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations, with a proven track record of ISO audit and compliance management.
Strong understanding of ASME codes and standards related to oil and gas projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective measures.
