Description

We hiring an Operation Specialist related on delivery & logistics business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Daily live Tracking couriers to maintain sufficient service to the clients
• Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
• Monitor and Manage the live orders to ensure a great user experience
• Troubleshoot and investigate fraud and troubled orders.
• Customer focus on inbound customer service center appreciated
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Requirements:

• Verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English)
• High School Graduate or Diploma in any field is preferred.
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work in shift rotations to ensure our service levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience on delivery & logistics business.
• Experience in a similar position related to operation customer support and dispatching.
