We are Hiring: Area Operations Supervisor – Restaurant Chain

We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple restaurant branches across different cities in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Strong experience in restaurant operations in Saudi Arabia.
* Proven experience managing and supervising multiple restaurant branches across different cities/regions.
* Supervise Branch Managers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Monitor sales performance and ensure branches achieve their targets.
* Control inventory, wastage, food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
* Ensure compliance with food quality, hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
* Monitor and analyze branch KPIs and implement corrective action plans for underperforming branches.
* Train, develop, and evaluate Branch Managers and operational teams.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
* Must be willing and able to travel frequently between branches across Saudi Arabia.
* Experience with restaurant chains or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is highly preferred.

Previous restaurant operations experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
