Position: Outsourcing Representative
Package:
Basic Salary – SAR 5,000.00
Food Allowance – 10% from the basic salary
Accommodation Allowance – 10% from basic salary
Transportation Allowance – 10% from basic salary

Working Schedule:
Working Hours – (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Saturday through Thursday
Work Location: Dammam Office
Not Eligible For Overtime

Qualifications:
Educational Background - Bachelor in Business Administration
Experience - At least one year experience in the same field
Language Skill - Well proficient in English & Arabic writing & speaking
Computer Skill - Well knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
Iqama – At least 3 months valid and transferrable
Driving License – Valid KSA driving license

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to outsource, prequalify, hire, negotiate and engage all resources that are required to support the project and the organization.
2. Responsible in pooling, developing and maintaining the database of service providers such as material suppliers, equipment suppliers, manpower suppliers and job applicants.
3. Responsible to arrange, deliver and coordinate the logistic of the outsourced resources to when and where the resource is needed.
4. Responsible for the formulations of; Request for Quotations, Comparison Sheets, Purchase Orders and Contracts.
5. To coordinate with all departments with regards to resources agreements, budget, delivery schedule and procurement plan.
6. Maintain communications, reports and records between the management, project and the client.
