We are a leading company in KSA, looking for a Senior FM Manager who can join immediately with transferrable visa. Very good package.

Job Requirements:

- Extensive experience in the delivery of IFM solutions across the Kingdom/Gulf
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
- BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CAFM, NEBOSH) will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring contract is delivered in all respects.
- Keeping aware of all changing regulations in the industry.
Controlling resources and costs
- Documenting and reporting on inefficiency and issues.
Finding operational areas to improve.
- Responding to emergencies calmly and swiftly.
Managing direct reports
- Overseeing the delivery of the projects to ensure requirements are met
- Supporting the Business Development function through estimating resources/costs.
- Training and mentoring staff in both soft and technical skills
