Job Location - Riyadh.

Job Description:-
Advise and represent the Owner from the earliest stages of the project, starting with conceptual design, through the final design,
permitting, pre-construction, bidding construction, commissioning, move-in, and preliminary occupancy stages.
• Selecting and leading a project team.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed.
• Reporting regularly on progress to the Line manager
• Analyze and evaluate consultant proposals for related work; determine the feasibility of proposals and provide or evaluate cost
benefit analysis.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the project.
• Contribute to regular discussions on Cost, Time, Quality and Design and play an active part in Value Management and Value
Engineering Activities.
• Checking and comparing architectural quotations based on specs and advising the owner to decide.
• Managing construction schedules and budgets.
• Attending site meetings to monitor progress.
