Job Description: -
Developing and assisting in the delivery of cost-effective site maintenance plans
Develop, implement, and monitor all maintenance policies and procedures, inspections and schedules, and reports to the owner.
• Supervise overall activities of the maintenance staff.
• oversees the upkeep of a building.
• Your responsibilities include everything from repairs to routine service to the installation of upgrades by delegating teams.
• Adhering to safety regulations
• Advise of changes in maintenance techniques that may be beneficial in terms of improved service levels or provide cost reduction.
