Description

• Guide all functions of company such as (sites, operation, HR, Finance, Procurement, marketing and sales and work shop..Etc to company needs).
• Daily morning brief with HODs to set delegations for each.
• Update business and action plan accordingly.
• Create good relation with clients to achieve a target.
• Prepare budget plan for each quarter.
• Prepare P&L with concern functions
• Ensure all associates have productivity to company.
• Determine all sites issues with maintenance and operation team.
• Update with concern department daily assets reports.
• Work closely with sales team to increase revenue.
• Accurately forecast Region financial outcome based on projected rental business.
• Ensure SOPs are applied on all department for each activity.
• Determine time management for all associates as per quarter budget plans includes vacations and public holidays.
• Achieve workshop productions as per management plan.
• Manage procurement to increase assets with competitive rates
• Follow up overall management system with concern departments to be on placed.
• Reduce losses of cost or non-profitable activities.
• Avoid any risky to the company.
• Ensue all company assets are safe and controlled with report to CEO.
• Assigned replacement or gaps in any function with concern department.
• Place standard to be matches with all company utilities with HOD’s.
• Ensure with concern department training placed to increase competence.
• Create solutions to run business smoothly.
• Meet with clients to solve their comments accordingly.
• Weekly reports for operation and administration to be prepare with concern team
• Ensure ERP software are updated.
• Work with IT function to update company site and all job tools.
• Delegate targets for all function to achieve them accordingly.
• Create rules can be fit to reduce time wasting and increase productivity.
• Lead the team as smart manager with skills.
• Ensure safety policy in the workshop and assets.
