 Knowledge about Marine Navigational equipment maintenance, inspection, and operation.
 Knowledge about IMO, SOLAS, ISO, and other quality societies’ standards and regulations.
 Service, inspect, repair, and certify Fire & Gas detection systems, Communication & Navigation equipment,
such as but not limited to GPS, Auto Pilot, Gyro, Radio Survey, LMI calibration, and other related jobs

Duties and Responsibilities :
 Receive customer enquiries for service
 Communicate with service team to coordinate for attendance of job
 Communicate with customer and internal store team to recommend required spare parts for the service
 Participate with technical staff in execution of services within specified timeline
 Generate service report for attended job
 Issue certificate for inspected equipment
 Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports
 Maintain good business relationship with customers
 Participate in inventory management
 Stay updated with standards & regulation and update internal procedures/ checklists accordingly
 Participate and lead in internal trainings
 Interact with other teams, such as sales and procurement teams as needed
 Perform additional work as required by Management
