Job Description
Plan,schedule,supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures
Supervise and coordinate activities of Staff
Prepare work schedule to staff
Control inventory and order ar per requirements
Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
Train new and existing staff
Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methonds, or customer services.
Prepare, Compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production or work related accidents.
Minimum Qualifications
At least (1) year working experience in the related field
A graduate of any 4yr business course
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
