**Hotel Sales Representative – Normas Hotel – Al Khobar**

Normas Hotel, a 4-star hotel located in Al Khobar, is seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Sales Department.

**Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily field visits to companies and corporate clients across the Eastern Province.
- Promote the hotel's accommodation facilities and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term corporate partnerships.
- Negotiate corporate rates and accommodation agreements.
- Generate new reservations and increase corporate room revenue.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and regular reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Al Khobar, Dammam, or Dhahran.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Ability and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong ability to attract new clients and close business deals.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Full-time availability.
- Valid and transferable Iqama for expatriate applicants, where applicable.
